Luxury Time is an authorised multi-brand retailer of fine watches, with boutiques in Ahmedabad and Surat since 2009. Every timepiece we sell is sourced directly through authorised maison channels and is 100% genuine.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or transacting with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order on this website.

Product Information & Pricing

• We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions and pricing. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to screen display and photography, and do not constitute a defect.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, availability and product details are subject to change without notice. In the rare case of a genuine pricing or listing error on an order not yet dispatched, we will contact you before proceeding.

Orders & Payment

• We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking and EMI options through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
• An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email or SMS.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — and will refund any payment already made in such cases.

Shipping & Delivery

• We offer complimentary, insured shipping across India, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates; they may vary due to courier delays, high-value shipment security checks, or circumstances beyond our control.
