Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Orders are carefully inspected and prepared before leaving our facility. Once dispatched, delivery takes 5–8 working days from the dispatch date, depending on your location within India.

Pre-order or made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation time before dispatch; where this applies, it is noted on the product page.

Shipping Charges

We offer complimentary shipping across India on all orders — there are no additional delivery charges at checkout, and every shipment is fully insured while in transit.

Order Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your purchase is placed, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking details once your piece leaves our facility, so you can follow its journey to your door.

Delivery & Signature

Given the value of our pieces, all deliveries require a signature on receipt. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address, or arrange an alternate secure delivery location at checkout.

Luxury Time is not responsible for delays caused by an incomplete or incorrect delivery address.

Packaging & Security

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, regional logistics disruptions, customs processes, or courier constraints beyond our control. We will keep you informed should your order be affected.
